2024 Honorary Chairwoman
Mollie Elkman is the perfect person to chair the most sophisticated and forward-thinking mastermind group designed exclusively for women leaders in homebuilding.
She is also the author of The House that She Built, which is both children’s book and a mission to support workforce development initiatives in home building by raising awareness in underrepresented communities for opportunities in skilled trade.
A portion of the net proceeds from this year's Women’s Leadership Circle will be donated to the She Built Foundation to accelerate outreach to, and equipping of, young women to become the next generation of leaders in homebuilding and beyond.
"Let’s be real, it’s hard for a woman to be successful in Construction. Being around other women who are in leadership positions that can keep you accountable plus a leader (Amy) that helps support your efforts is key. This year with this groups support has been life changing with my career." - Kristi Pinnick, VP of Sales and Design, Summit Homes
"The impact the Women's Leadership Circle has already made in my life has far exceeded my expectations. I have gained immediately applicable skills, confidence, a true sense of the value I bring to my organization and relationships (Hush, imposter syndrome!), and friendships of like-minded women that will last a life time." - Amy Druhot, VP of Sales, Eastwood Homes
"Women often wear a multitude of professional and personal “hats” as they navigate in and out of roles in their daily life. Gathering together to share those experiences and open yourself to the opportunity to grow with others creates perspective and propels you forward. The range of topics that we have the room to cover in this group is limitless and so is the impact for ourselves and others." - Cristi Green, VP of Sales and Marketing, D.R. Horton
